The association's acronym is ACISE.
Objectives
-
ACISE is an international research group of the International Federation of Catholic Universities (FIUC). Formed in 1989 on a voluntary, non-profit basis, it brings together higher education institutions engaged in teaching and research in the field of education, at least at postgraduate level.

The association's aim is to promote mutual understanding and cooperation between member institutes at academic, social and spiritual levels. It will achieve this by organizing joint colloquia and research projects.
Executive Committee
ACISE's work is coordinated by an Executive Committee which meets twice a year. Its current members are:
